Connecting Mediums

Medium connections are not implemented yet. Arn does not currently connect to email, Slack, Teams, CRM, ERP, portals, support tools, document stores, or file systems.

Target direction#

Arn should eventually connect the mediums that carry B2B relationship work:

• shared inboxes and individual email
• Slack, Teams, and shared channels
• customer and vendor portals
• CRM, ERP, procurement, finance, support, and project systems
• PDFs, forms, documents, spreadsheets, call notes, and meeting transcripts

Design constraints#

The connector layer should preserve source evidence, respect provider permissions, and avoid writing to downstream systems without explicit approval rules.

Documentation rule#

Do not publish provider-specific setup steps until a connector exists in code and has a tested setup path.
