Vendors

Vendor records are not implemented yet. The target model is a relationship record for supplier communication, terms, documents, dependencies, risk, and operational handoffs.

Target record contents#

• Vendor identity, contacts, ownership, and participating teams
• POs, invoices, delivery updates, terms, compliance documents, and files
• Risk flags, onboarding status, dependencies, and performance notes
• Linked procurement, finance, ERP, support, portal, and document activity

Target behavior#

When a vendor changes an ETA, uploads a document, replies by email, or updates a portal, Arn should eventually resolve that update onto the vendor relationship and route it to the team that owns the next step.

Current status#

There are no vendor APIs, schemas, tables, connectors, or UI flows in the current repository.
